Reason #1: It’s super easy.
There are only 8 navigation pages to guide you to everything you want to know about this company, and they are listed right at the top of every single page. And you don’t even have to read all of them if you don’t want to. However, the 3 most important ones to read are:
1) Home: Gives up to the day information on what’s going on with product and shipping. Although it doesn’t change every single day, this is always a good place to start.
2) Ordering/Shipping/Exchanging: Tells you what to expect with regard to guess what, ordering, shipping and exchanging product. We want everyone to know up front how things are done.
3) It’s All About You! This tab tells you how valuable you are, how to get special stuff, why you should shop with us, and why we like you. Now who doesn’t like to hear THAT?
Reason #2: WE HAVE A GREAT SELECTION OF PRODUCT!
To date, there is somewhere around 228 items on here. We like our patrons to have variety of choice and we will continue to add new product every week until we reach our capacity of about 560 items!
The catalog is easy to shop. Notice I do not have a “search” box on here. That’s because I find them annoying. So I have set up this site so that you really don’t need a search box. There are so many on the net that don’t work the way you want them to. Everything on this site is accessible by the four Categories in the right hand columns- which, by the way, are also on EVERY PAGE!
If you do not know the name of the “Artist” you’re looking for, you can also go to the “Home” page and at the bottom, there are thumbnail pictures of product which will take you to most of the “Artists”. Once you learn the names of the Artists, it’s a breeze.
Or you can click on “Visit the Shop” at the very top of the right-hand columns, which are on every page, and browse the entire catalog that way. “Visit the Shop” is directly under the “Shopping Cart”.
Reason #3: The shopping cart is on every page.
You can see what you are piling in your shopping cart while you are browsing on every page. And it adds it up for you as you go along! How cool is that?
Reason #4: We are considerate and respectful of your security.
You may also notice there is no login for this site. Registrations create “cookies” on your computer which CAN be helpful, but they also can be used by webcrawlers for web profiling, gathering information on an individual’s purchases. Cookies can also clog up hard drives and impede website performance (Reason number one).
This is also why we use PayPal. Earth Traditions cannot (and would not, anyway) collect any account data from PayPal. WE ALSO DO NOT SELL OR SHARE ANY INFORMATION FROM OUR EMAIL LIST!
